WWU Music and Sound Culture present world renowned improvisers Phil Minton (UK) and Torsten Müller (CA) in concert. Minton is one of the foremost improvising vocalists of the past four decades, with extended techniques and wide ranging musical expression that startles, challenges, and entertains. Müller is a phenomenal German-born Vancouver-based improvising bassist who has collaborated with a long list of prominent musicians in the experimental and avant scenes, among them Evan Parker, Arto Lindsay, Lol Coxhill and John Zorn.
